Visit Arusha Central Market to experience the colours, flavours and activity of local trade. Continue to selected cultural stops, which may include a Tanzanite exhibition or museum and African art galleries, depending on opening hours and the agreed itinerary. Along the way, learn about Tanzanian gemstones, local craftsmanship and the cultural diversity that makes Arusha such an interesting destination. Enjoy time to browse local shops, take photographs and ask your guide questions about life in Tanzania. The route can be adapted to your interests and the time available, making this a rewarding introduction to Arusha beyond its role as a gateway to the national parks. At the end of the tour, return to your agreed drop-off point in Arusha.
