Ngorongoro Viewpoint Stop – Around midday, you'll take a brief stop at the Ngorongoro viewpoint (weather permitting). This stop offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater from above, providing an ideal photo opportunity before continuing your journey. Your guide will share insights about the crater and its wildlife.

Lunch at Naabi Hill Gate – Stop for a hot lunch at Serengeti Naabi Hill Gate, the park entrance, while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape.

Journey Through Scenic Highlands – Travel through scenic highlands with stunning views as you descend toward Ngorongoro. Your guide will provide commentary about the changing landscapes and wildlife regions.

Evening Arrival at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite – Arrive at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite in the evening. Settle in, enjoy dinner prepared by your camp cook, and rest for your early start tomorrow.

Early Morning Departure with Packed Breakfast – Your day begins early at 6:00 am as you board the safari vehicle and head toward the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed breakfast to enjoy during the journey or at a scenic location.

Crater Descent and Full-Day Game Drive – Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a unique and exceptional wildlife haven spanning approximately 260 square kilometers with a diameter of about 20 kilometers. The crater is home to an exceptional variety of East African species, including the rare black rhino. If fortunate, you may have the opportunity to spot one of these endangered animals.

Big Five and Diverse Wildlife – Search for the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and black rhinos. The crater also hosts wildebeest herds, zebras, hippos, warthogs, jackals, hyenas, and numerous bird species. Arrival in Arusha – Your expected arrival time will be around 5:00 to 6:00 pm. You can either be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha town or at Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward travel, depending on your travel plans.
