You’ll have the opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife across all three parks. In Tarangire, expect to see abundant elephants, buffalo, zebras, and wildebeest, along with lions and leopards. The Serengeti is famous for its spectacular migration of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest, plus resident predators like cheetahs, lions, and leopards. In Ngorongoro Crater, you can see approximately 30,000 large mammals including black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and numerous bird species like flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but your professional guide will maximize your chances.

The tour includes all game drives, transportation in a comfortable 4×4 Jeep, complimentary mineral water throughout the journey, and the services of a professional Tanzalux guide. Meals vary by day—lunch and dinner are included on Days 1-3, while Day 4 includes breakfast and lunch. Airport transfers and additional accommodation before or after the tour can be arranged for an extra cost.

The best time to visit is June to October, when there is little to no rainfall and wildlife viewing is optimal. This is also when animals congregate at water sources like the Tarangire River. July to November is particularly great for Tarangire when large herds come to the river. However, this is also the high season, so expect more visitors during these months.

The safari involves spending several hours each day in a 4×4 Jeep, so a reasonable level of fitness is helpful. However, game drives are relatively leisurely, with frequent stops for wildlife viewing and photography. Most of the physical demands come from sitting in the vehicle for extended periods. Early morning starts are required on several days to catch wildlife at their most active.
