Hotel Pickup – We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 am, where you'll meet your professional guide from Tanzalux Safaris. After a brief orientation and safety briefing, prepare for an exciting day of wildlife exploration.

Scenic Drive to Tarangire National Park – Begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, located approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away from Arusha. Enjoy scenic countryside views as you travel through rural Tanzania, passing through traditional communities and agricultural areas. Your guide will share interesting information about the region's history, culture, and ecology during the drive.

Park Entry and Morning Game Drive – Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, complete park registration and entry formalities. Begin your morning game drive exploring the park's rich and diverse landscape. Tarangire is renowned for its iconic baobab trees, the Tarangire River, and the largest population of elephants in Tanzania. Witness these majestic animals up close and observe fascinating interactions between elephant families as they gather at water sources and move across the plains.

Search for Predators and Herbivores – Your game drive is tailored based on real-time wildlife sightings to maximize your safari experience. Search for both powerful predators including lions, cheetahs, and leopards, and numerous herbivores such as zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, impalas, and kudus. Your experienced guide will use their knowledge of animal behavior and park geography to position you for optimal wildlife viewing opportunities.
